Location – Columbus, Ohio
New natatorium required the installation of approximately 1,040 piles. The
piles were 16” in diameter and approximately 40’ long drilled through a
medium dense glacial outwash which contained some boulders and cobbles.
Four successful compressive static pile load tests were performed to verify
the 100 ton design load.
