Richard Goettle, Inc. installs an assortment of driven steel piles. Included are H-piles, pipe piles and modified pipe piling such as Monotube piles and Hel-Cor mandrel driven piles.
Driven piles have no practical length restriction and can be designed around readily available rolled structural steel sections. When longer lengths are required, prefabricated splice plates are typically used. Structural capacity of the pile is easily calculated due to the consistent properties of modern rolled steel.
Reinforcing points may be attached to the pile to ease penetration through obstructions or when difficult driving conditions are encountered.
